With 35 units to choose from we have a room to meet most accommodation requirements and budgets. All rooms have kitchen facilities (minimum of a microwave,fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils, while some have hotplates and a small oven), hairdryers, 6 sky TV channels,complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate. FREE WiFi and complimentary newspaper on request. Allocated off-street parking is provided for each unit.

Studio Units
Ground and first-floor units. Open-plan design with kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom with shower. First-floor units have access to a shared balcony and views over the Ahuriri Wildlife reserve and estuary while the ground-floor units have parking at the door and some have access to a rear courtyard area. Outdoor tables and chairs are available for guests use.
These studio units contain either a queen bed or a queen and an extra single bed, rooms can sleep up to a maximum of 3 people.

Deluxe Studio
Larger ground-floor open-plan unit with full kitchen facilities. Fully refurbished in 2007 including new tiled bathrooms, these spacious units can sleep a maximum of 3 people with a queen bed and single bed. Ironing board and iron and plunger coffee are provided. Allocated parking at the door.

One Bedroom Unit
One separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a queen bed in the living area or vice versa. Full kitchen facilities and fully tiled bathroom. (Fully refurbished in 2007) These units can sleep up to 4 people. Iron and ironing board and plunger coffee are provided.

Two-Bedroom Unit
These units have two separate bedrooms as well as a living area with a bed in it and full kitchen facilities. Two bedroom units can sleep up to 6 people with each unit containing 1 queen bed and 4 single beds.

Cancellation policy

Cancelled reservations may incur a fee.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check in time [2 pm] but less than 48 hours, may incur a fee of $35.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to one nights accommodation.

The same may apply to shortened stays.

Different cancellation policy may apply to special events, holiday weekends and group bookings.
